Established in the year 2005, D S Plastro is renowned for the manufacturing of Press Tool Die, Forging Die, Die Molding and Blow Molding. We have successfully been able to customize our product line to perfectly suit the requirements of clients. Our products are in line with all industry and international standards. We serve a range of industries – automotive, packaging and engineering industries, appliances, among others.
Efficient use of high quality raw material in the manufacturing process has enabled us to manufacture dies and molds that we can be proud of. Our work follows a well established process from designing a mold, to having it approved by our customer to ordering material and components that are required in the first stage; then on to drilling and grinding, rough machining, heat treatment and fine machining; through to EDM processing, polishing, assembly and delivery. Through all of this a constant process of checks and tests are conducted to ensure quality of processes and materials.

Infrastructure / Manufacturing Facility| Our infrastructure combines the efficiency of sophisticated machines and with a team of hard working professionals. The infrastructure is divided into a manufacturing unit, quality testing unit, and research & development unit to enable the conduct of operations smoothly and easily. Plenty of space and a good set of machines allow us to produce great products. We have a fully integrated high precision tool room with advanced CNC machines, Measuring Gauges, CAD/CAM software and allied Tool room equipment. Using technology, we can offer detailed, thorough and intricate work with precision. The mould and allied components are inspected at different points of the process and finally moulds are tested in detail to ensure the best performance. Our facility is supported by a range of quality measuring and testing equipment. We have extensive CNC machining facilities and maintain a machine shop that includes a series of conventional machines, precision grinding machines. Using state of the art technology and the facilities of our advanced machine shop we are able to meet requirements quickly and with economy.

Our Quality Assurance| Quality is an essential factor in the way we work. We have a documented quality control policy that we follow meticulously. Our in-house testing facility systems evaluate products on certain parameters set on the lines of international quality standards.
For a start, we source our basic material from trusted vendors after they have been subjected to stringent quality checks. Our quality experts conduct regular checks at each stage of manufacturing. Moreover, after being manufactured, all our Die Components and Moulding are properly checked on certain well-defined parameters to assure zero-defects.
In the event that the raw materials, work-in-process or the finished products do not qualify after our inspection, further development is immediately halted until quality is set right.
